When is my rent due?

Your rent is due on the same date each month as your tenancy start date.

For example, if your tenancy begins on the 10th, your rent will be due on the 10th of every month after that. This date is also the start of each rental period, so it is worth keeping in mind if you ever decide to give notice.

Rent is paid monthly in advance and is usually collected by direct debit. You’ll receive an invitation to set this up before you move in, so future payments can be taken automatically on your due date.

Your tenancy agreement will confirm your rent amount, payment date and any other payment terms. If you are unsure which date applies to you, check your agreement or speak to the Morro team.
