When will I receive my move-in details?

Your move-in details will be shared before your tenancy starts, so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.

The building’s General Manager will contact you before your move-in date to confirm your arrival time and any final instructions. This may include where to go when you arrive, what to bring, how key collection will work and anything else specific to your building.

Before then, keep an eye on your email and the Morro App, as important documents and updates are saved there. It is also worth checking your spam or junk folder, just in case anything lands there.

If you have a preferred arrival time, or you know you will need help with access, unloading or an out-of-hours arrival, let the team know as early as possible. They will do their best to make the arrangements work smoothly.
