You can find Morro’s full list of policies in the Morro App, under your home’s documents section.

This is the best place to check the guidance that applies to your home and building, including the house rules, pet policy, smoking policy, waste and recycling guidance and any other resident documents shared with you.

It is worth reading the relevant policies before you move in, and keeping them close during your tenancy. They explain how shared spaces should be used, what is expected from residents and guests, and how Morro keeps the building safe, calm and comfortable for everyone.

If you are looking for something specific and cannot find it in the app or online, ask the Front of House team. They can point you to the right policy, explain what applies in your building and help with any practical questions.
