Who should I contact in an emergency?

In an emergency, the right contact depends on what is happening.

  • If there is an immediate risk to life, call 999 for police, fire or ambulance support.
  • If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, leave the building straight away and call National Gas Emergencies on 0800 111 999.
  • For building emergencies, such as flooding, a major leak, total power failure, no heating or hot water, or a serious security issue, contact the Front of House team directly.

The Front of House team is available 24/7. You can speak to them at Reception or use your building’s emergency contact number.

Please do not rely on the Morro App alone for emergencies. The app is useful for routine maintenance, but urgent situations need direct contact so the team can respond quickly.

Once you are safe, let Front of House know what has happened. They can support with access, repairs, building safety and any next steps needed inside the building.
